I tried to reach out lots of times to a commercial lender that was checking to see if i qualify for a loan, never called back, I'm completely ok if I dont qualify but he never answered my calls when I tried to check if I was approved or not, left text messages and nothing, very unprofessional.
The absolute worst bank ever!!! I’ve yet to have a good experience with this bank. I only have an account because my job pays me from this bank.

Did not have a pleasant experience and will not be returning to this branch.
