Brenda is magnificent. She has answers for every question. Love to go and see her. Staff is awesome and polite.
When I first switched to LSNB I was so excited to experience something different after the last experience with my bank, and honeslty had I known I would have just stayed at the last bank. I have been with LSNB for almost 2 months and the experience has been horrible and stressful. They charge for everything!! Fees here and fees there. The customer service isnt the best either the drive thru I had one problem with a teller not trasnferring my money to the correct account, I had to drive back. I hate to leave a 1 star review. I have been banking with them for years but now they don’t answer my calls and banking services are constantly failing. My business card requires me to call in for normal business operation expenses to let them know that it’s a normal transaction not fraud. It’s very disappointing and frustrating. I will be moving banks.
