I'm warning you ahead of time to not even bother or waste your time. This has to be a scam to get funds from the state! First, I speak w autumn who was actually kind of helpful for if I wanted to do things myself. Then, I get a call from Ulysses who said he wld take the case. The same day, I get an email from lone star legal aid telling me that nobody can take my case after I was just told smbdy was taking the case. I called yesterday at 11:04 am. I was informed intake was a certain time. I call back at that time and absolutely no one would answer the phone then I show up at the building between the time of intake and no one would answer the door. This is ridiculous to not be able to put an application in for legal assistance in this area.

I was told I'm financially eligible but they can't help me because they are short staffed..I just needed help filling out some documents. An hrs worth of their time is obviously asking too much even though THEY said I'm eligible for their services. What a joke!!
