This is by far the worst hat place I have EVER dealt with. I was the recipient of 2 hat certificates and have had nothing but trouble trying to receive them. With the first hat it took me just over a year to get and the second hat I have still not received after waiting for a year and a half. I have called numerous times and my call has not been answered or returned.
