Lone Star Comics was a disappointment Selection is underwhelming and overpriced. Staff looks bored with waiting on customers. I'd rather make the drive to Titan Comics or Generation X Comics.
One of the only place to find comics If you are a comic lover like I am - head over to Lone Star Comic Books and Games. They have all the newest comic books and have a lot of the older ones too. They are the only true comic book store in the area. They also have a lot of role playing games and have an area where kids sit and play them, They also have things on weekends where you can come in an compete. Nice Selection This comic book store has a really nice selection to choose from. I could spend hours in this store looking through items. They have all of the new titles and quite a few of the older ones that I don't have. The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends in the future!
Great place for comic books and more! Lone Star Comic Books Games and Cards is a great store to shop at if you are looking for comic books and more. They carry a large line of sports figurines, collectibles, Anime, board games,etc. I go there for the Simpson's minatures and for the Lord of the Rings collectibles. I have seen many older people in there buying comic books. There are also a lot of kids that tend to hang out in there but it wasn't too crowded when I was there.
not just comics If there is a teenager - or teenager at heart - who likes comic books, collectible cards, or small sports memorabilita, these guys are likely to have it. Just don't show up right after school lets out; they'll be packed.
Largest comic book store in the Hurst area They carry a wide selection of comic books, and offer a subscription service. They have a huge selection of board games, and a wall of Hello Kitty items. The store has an extensive collection of figurines, from metaphysical dragons, to comic book heros. They also stock anime and an impressive number of Japanese items.
