Be very careful when dealing with refunds and this clinic. I had a visit where I paid out of pocket because I did not have my new insurance information at the time on hand. Once I received it I promptly called them to get a partial refund since all I needed to do was pay a $25 copay instead of the $75 I originally paid. I was assured I would get a complete refund for the difference but instead of giving me the full refund as stated they decided to use part of that to pay an old bill without my authorization. Front desk staff is absolutely AMAZING. They always greet you with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Love. Love this office. Also want to give a big shout out to Ms. Brandt. She is my calming person. Always cares for me thoroughly and professionally. Huge kudos to all the staff at Lone Star Medical. Love you guys. 💗

Everyone at Lone Star Health has been very professional and courteous. I have received a variety of services and my quality of life has definitely improved. I am a 72 year old male who is active and energetic and I credit the services available at Lone Star for my positive attitude and energy.
