Had the worst experience with the night clerk tonight, we stop to get snacks & my friend left his wallet on the counter, we came back to ask, the clerk at which he got súper aggresive with us, told us he gave it to another guy. We ask to see the cameras he was cussing us out & push us out the Store, he got agressive with us we call the cops & all of a sudden the wallet was still at the store, the night clerk is a theift.
Lone Star 24 hour public truck stop/convenience store in Denton, TX. WARNING: Do not stop there for any reason! Friday night, 4/4/2025, around 11:50pm a man starts his shift. He is rude, disrespectful, mean and that’s not the half of it. I only stopped there to go to the bathroom and clean a boo-boo. He is an average size man, black with a heavy accent who should not be allowed to work there. I’m disabled and all he could do is yell at me ALL because I was in the bathroom for 30 minutes. Came here because I needed gas and my daughter wanted something to drink. We walked in and a short lady with red hair says “I thought I locked the door” I told her nope. She then responded with that’s why there’s a sign on the door. I walked right back out. Probably should work on new employees that have customer service.
