Lone Star 24 hour public truck stop/convenience store in Denton, TX. WARNING: Do not stop there for any reason! Friday night, 4/4/2025, around 11:50pm a man starts his shift. He is rude, disrespectful, mean and that’s not the half of it. I only stopped there to go to the bathroom and clean a boo-boo. He is an average size man, black with a heavy accent who should not be allowed to work there. I’m disabled and all he could do is yell at me ALL because I was in the bathroom for 30 minutes. Came here because I needed gas and my daughter wanted something to drink. We walked in and a short lady with red hair says “I thought I locked the door” I told her nope. She then responded with that’s why there’s a sign on the door. I walked right back out. Probably should work on new employees that have customer service.

First I was Double charged. Fixed that before I swiped my card. Paid for gas. Then didn't even put the whole $10 of gas I paid for! The pump stopped at $7! I Asked why he said "it's been refunded" pulled out no receipt just blew me off and continued to talking to the guy next to him. Rude / will not be coming back!!
