We’re very unhappy clients. The reason I’m closing my account because Rio Bank Manager, named Jessica Avila, does not have a good personality not smart enough in dealing with clients problems. She ruined my husband’s credit because she didn’t try to fix the probs which it can be prevented from happening. The yearly box fees were automagically charged to the old checking acct. We weren’t aware of these charges til recently. I don’t recommend this Rio Bank to anyone.
My debit card was hacked. I called Stephanie at LSCB to report the problem. She was outstanding in helping me close the card and in replacing it within one day of my report. She also was successful in retrieving all of the money that was stolen from my account! I could not have asked for better service. She is a terrific asset to LSCB.
