I would give zero stars. Purchased from auction December 30 and after one excuse and another never shipped my purchase. Asked for refund in February and said they would send that day. Finally had to dispute with credit card company Cannot recommend this auction house..
RecommendedLone Star Auctioneers is THE place to find a great deal. You can find cars for under a thousand!!! They also auction furniture, appliances, and many other things. Some cars are running some are not, so be sure and READ about what you are buying, as every seller is different.
My experiences ... when there is a problem have been told numerous times “it’s now between me and seller “ they bow out don’t try to resolve issues.. we have done millions of dollars with them at 10% commissions ... they treat everyone the same .. like crap .. unprofessional
I have been dealing with LSO for several years. People need to realize the sheer volume of items that these people have to deal with including police, private sellers, wrecking companies and others. They definetly make mistakes, but they always have made it right with me, even refunding money when the car wasn't represented accurately. I appreciate their attitude to apologize and do what's necessary even if it doesn't happen on my time frame! The're good people!

I bought 2 cars from online auction and it has been over 2 and a half months and still haven't received titles for my vehicle. Me and my wife have called numerous times trying to see what we can do to get this issue resolved we have left numerous voicemails for Paula and never received a call back. I have emailed Marilyn explaining the situation and still have not heard anything from anyone so now I have 2 cars that sit in my yard as lawn ornaments
