We could not be happier with Kelly and her team! My dogs are always happy to go stay at Lone Pine. We know that Roxy and Riley are always well taken care of, and we are never worried while they are in Kelly's care. In August of 2021 my husband and I paid for a: Non-Refundable Puppy Pick Order Payment $300.00. We live out of state (Kansas), and had one phone call from Kelly to interview us to be potential buyers for a puppy. It’s been 3 years and I haven’t heard another word. We feel like we were scammed.
Kelly always go above and beyond when dropping off our dog. She’s so easy to deal with. Recommend her and her facility to anyone looking. Never any issues and she’s right off 1-5.
