This firm was astonishingly unable to find meaningful or useful value of my ex’s multimillion dollar companies. They charged large sums for a service that was incomplete and unhelpful, and refused to testify in court. 5.5 years later, I’ve received only negative value from their services.

Lone Peak prepared an estimated of " fair market value" on a company I own for my ex wife. They admitted in the valuation they provided based on: 1. " lack of information that was provided for the entity", 2. " Significant additional information would be required to provide a complete valuation of the business ownership as of the various dates", 3. They took my retainer, told me that the work wouldn't cost much more than a thousand or two over that amount. Didn't hear much from them for two months and then got a bill for almost 3x the amount we discussed. Then never contacted me to tell me the bill would be more than we discussed. They just blindsided me with it. If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would. I dealt with one of the principals, who clearly has some ethical challenges. Hope this helps anyone who might consider using Lone Peak Valuation Group.
