I was very uncertain with the whole process as this was my first time ever seeking out someone to serve a summons. Doreen was very helpful and patient in listening to my case. I paid for the rush service and she was able to serve the defendant all the relevant documents before the first 48 hours. She has been and continues to be very communicative throughout the process which has been very reassuring. I strongly recommend if you’re in the Pinellas county area.

I called around to about 5 different processors and Doreen at Lone Palm Processor was the only one who actually answered and took the time to give me the information I needed. She was nice, answered my questions, and was able to get the job done the very next day. I really appreciated how easy she made the process. I would definitely recommend her.
