My husband resided at Lone Mountain Memory care for ten months before he passed away. The facility was beautiful with lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows, Everyone has a private room with a bath. The staff was exceptional, kind, funny and knowledgeable about dementia. I can not say enough good things about the staff. They welcomed him when he arrived and were with him when he passed away. They knew all of his likes and dislikes and talked to him every day. They are the kindest people on earth.
I have never experienced a more caring and nurturing environment for my father, who has dementia. Not only is the staff wonderful, the caregivers are very hands-on, and you can tell they really do care about the residents. Lone Mountain is open, very clean, sunny and bright, beautifully decorated and it looks very homey. It is a wonderful place filled with loving staff members who care for the residents as they would their own family. It has been a true blessing to have my mother as a resident at Lone Mountain.
Lone Mountain Memory Care is an outstanding A++ facility. My mom moved here in July. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, attentive and very gentle with the wonderful people living here with memory challenges. It is a beautiful place as well. There are activities to suit each and every resident and they encourage the residents to interact. They also encourage all family members to visit often. It feels like family here. I can rest easy knowing my mom is well cared for and safe. Diane P.
