Bonni is a very professional and knowledgeable Nutritionist/ Dietitian. She is very involved with the current information on nutrition. She explains clearly and thoroughly her recommendations and provides you with written summaries at the end of each session. She uses state-of the-art equipment for measuring progress. She is a pleasure to work with. Her manner is friendly, non-judgmental and listens to what you want to achieve.
I started working with Bonni to address stubborn belly fat that I couldn't get rid of. I tried all my usual diet and exercise tips but nothing was working and I was frustrated. Bonni put together a plan for me that was easy to follow and finally, I achieved my weight loss goal! In addition, I am now working with Bonni to address underlying gastrointestinal and hormonal issues, I feel better than I have in years. Bonni is both knowledgeable, patient and kind, I highly recommend her services!
