We had a wonderful experience with London Upholstery! We had a very old mid century modern couch in need of a total makeover and they exceeded our expectations! Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Peter and team!Â
We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with London Upholstery. They were friendly, helpful and the communication was great. We are so pleased with the way our chair turned out. Much more modern. Craftsmanship is great!Â
This rocker has been in my husbands family for 3 generations. We took it into this shop and had it turned around in 3 weeks. Paid $750 to have it restuffed and upholstered and it's back to life! We love how it turned out and will hopefully pass it on for multiple generations to come.Â
The more I look at my couch the more disappointed I become. When I picked up my couch I had to wait quite some time while I pointed out glue that was visible, threads not trimmed etc. Wasn’t thrilled then and I told Peter so. I shouldn’t have paid in full. My mistake.! Some of the thick glue spots could not be fixed. I had already paid to rent a cargo van to pick it up so off I went. Also didn’t have the pleats it was suppose to have. Would give no stars if possible. They THREW OUT OUR CHAIRS without even contacting us. Disgusting customer service do not trust them with your furniture. The treated my father in law like garbage when he inquired about our chairs. How do these people run a business?Â
