If you lose or accidentally drop your stuff on this bus is gone, maybe someone have taken it but the way that they work in customer service is terrible. I asked if my stuff that I dropped was there 1 business day after which is the policy if it was there and they didn't take a second to look and just say no. Terrible customer service. I am a frequent rider on city transport here in London Ontario and I am disgusted with the bus shelters across the city, they are dirty, smelly, homeless people sleeping there, people smoking there, womit, poop, pee... I am a citizen who pays taxes, paying bus pass each month and when I need to use the bus shelters I can't because they are not maintained and clean.
Fabulous place.
