I had a great time with Rob, an incredibly generous and knowledgeable person. After talking for a while after finishing my taxes, he offered some incredible advice for life which I was fortunate enough to hear from him. The front desk employee is a wonderful woman and also very kind, I would recommend this business, to anyone, for the complete and efficient services they provide!
Would not recommend this place to anyone, I was told my taxes are simple by Rob Lockie it’s been over 7 months anytime I try to call I am told Mr Rob Lockie is either out of the country / sick / or in a meeting , not to mention the staff there are very rude , they promise to get back to you but never do , and have no clue what they are doing
Would rate 0 stars if possible. This location does not return calls as they state they will or provide information or tax records as requested. Constantly told Rob is out of town almost daily. You're best to find a more reputable and honest location to complete your taxes.
