We are all facing the same challenge. The developer gave us high hopes, promising this would be one of the best long-term investments. I invested in 2023, and the promised possession date was December 2025. However, since then, we have only continued to receive revised handover dates with no clear commitment. I believe this matter should be taken to RERA so that appropriate action can be taken. The entire SSR Group has made promises that they have failed to deliver, leaving many investors frustrated and disappointed.
I bought a commercial shop with lindon mart since 2023 but still its 2026 n i didnt got possession yet . No construction is going right now . Don’t know how i have to wait for the shop to get
These are fraud people. They have blocked my hard earned money since past 1 year. Now they are not even replying to my emails. Stay away with these guys. Raj Singh from SSR group gave me confidence to invest here, later he says my money is with builder. Gyasuddin from London mart is not refunding my money & not even replying to my email. This project progress is running like snail, no one should invest with them. These are shameless people doing fraud with innocent public for their own greed. STAY AWAY & STAY ALERT !!
