It took me some time to write this review but it's now been over 8 months since my appointment and I have been smoke free since! Everything Gilles said made perfect sense and I was surprised how easy quitting was! Thank you...highly recommend! Edit..it's now been 3 years since my first appointment and I am still a non-smoker!
100% recommend . I work in a career that involves heights, never was the best with it but I wasn’t too bothered by it after getting use to it. After 12 years it got to the point where I couldn’t even get more than 40 feet off the ground before becoming terrified. I went to see Gilles for an appointment and it saved my career. I have the confidence to do my job and the fear is gone. This was honestly the best decision I have ever made. Thank you again Gilles Bernard
I like him. He's well spoken, confident, calm. His voice gently sways like the breath of a metronome, with each swing taking you deeper into the ocean in your heart. 1, 2, 3, 4 I hold on to each word like I am using each letter as a stepping stone to descend towards. What a huge disappointment. I had high hopes that hypnotherapy could help me with my migraines, but there has been zero difference and I'm out over $200 (even after they refunded me ONLY 25% back for the poor service). Apparently the hypnotherapist assumed that since I was traveling from Kitchener he would do me the 'favor' of doing two sessions worth of my time and money. To be honest when I heard of hypnotherapy I thought I would be out cold and not remember or it was ‘silly’. I can’t believe how wrong I was! I’ve seen a psychologist for years and while it’s great to talk hypnotherapy has been an instant game changer. From the first session I walked out more confident, resolved issues I didn’t think I’d get past and had a different outlook on those around me in a positive way. It helped me understand me better.
