I contacted LHC for a consult to quit vaping and I am so glad I did. It has been one week since my session and I feel great! Gilles made sure I understood that I was vaping to distract myself from my anxiety and to really be able to quit, he had to get to the root cause of my anxiety. I recently been for a session to help quit smoking . At first I was not 100 % sure. Let me tell you have not had a smoke since and cravings are so minimal. I can not believe something finally worked . Amazing and would tell and will tell all my smoking friends to for sure give it a try. Thank you so much :)
