Kurt was the 2nd phone call I made after I had a slip and fall incident at a local restaurant. He was the 1st person to tell me how hard of a case slip and falls are. Kent and Claire, I could say a million things for how great they were to me. A couple though, they cared about my situation and wanted the best for me!
