I ordered 2 accent chairs and did not care for the fabric. I contacted London Fine Furniture. I did not think they would return them but they agreed to do so. There was a $500 restocking fee which I agreed to pay. In the meantime the Decor rest sale had ended so I paid a little more for each replacement chair. I am happy with the replacement chairs. We bought a sofa from London Fine Furniture, and we couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and it is incredibly comfortable! Our experience with the store was top-notch from the very first day we walked in. The entire staff is so friendly, but we want to give a special shoutout to Daniella and Diana.
