I paid for a consultation with Kayla, and they agreed to take me on as a client. Going forward of signing papers and sending back to them, I never herd back. Calling them back to inquire they wanted more info that I then gathered for them. Hour later, they call saying that Kayla is full and can't take me on as a client anymore! I want half of my consult fee back! This is unjust
Not a positive experience. Very eager to send letters and bill hours. Was not interested in what was best for my situation. Gave conflicting advice.
