Absolutley fantastic customer service!! A member of the team called Rafaelle has been amazing from start to finish! Very prompt response to all emails and went above and beyond what was required! I cant thank them enough for the level of professionalism shown.
I'll start this review by saying that I'm never one to leave a bad review of a company, I will always give them the opportunity to solve any issues or make it right. However after months of attempting to work with London Essex I just felt compelled to write this review to warn others thinking of utilising their services. I cannot recommend the team at London Essex Outdoor living enough. I really appreciated their honest approach and advice when thinking about purchasing a hot tub. Installation was a breeze and they kept me informed all the way. Special thanks to Mark and Trey.
We used London Essex Outdoor Living to order and install our first ever swim spa and pergola. They were very reliable, informative and helpful to fulfill our needs. Mark and Raffaele were particularly helpful, and always on hand if we had a question or a thought about the set up of our swim spa. I would totally recommend this company in their high standard of workmanship.Only wished we had done this work years ago. Thank you all for making our lives less stressful.
