Unfortunate interaction with customer service. Return process is clearly used to discourage any returns. Bag was $40 cheaper a week after I ordered this. Customer service denied a refund for the amount. Recommend going with other comparable brands.
Purchased thousands of dollars of items from this company to Canada. LOVED them. But when they sent me a belt that was supposed to be large, said it was large, but was actually a medium, I told them. They did nothing because I told them too late, that is silly, they sent a defective item and won’t rectify their mistake. They pride themselves on customer service excellence but they would rather have a bad name, lose a customer, and take a bad review than send a $20 belt to me.
