Long time customer. Amazing quality products. However, the lady answering the phone acted like it was going to kill her to send an email to another department in LBT to inquire if an item I wanted was coming back soon. Very rude!!
One of the best Companies I’ve ever bought gear from. I have the G6 vest and G6 SOT placard. I’ve been in the military for almost 19 years and prolly one of the best vest/placards I’ve ever used. Great quality and vest is comfy holds up well with the job that I do. I wish I would’ve found this company years ago. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Customer service is excellent as well. Nothing but great things to say about this company.
Unfortunate interaction with customer service. Return process is clearly used to discourage any returns. Bag was $40 cheaper a week after I ordered this. Customer service denied a refund for the amount. Recommend going with other comparable brands.
