Totally screwed up our tax return, Lona knew she did...then tried to blame me for one of her errors from a return I did 7 years ago...then refused to take or return our calls to address HER error!... Had an audit done for the last 5 returns she filed for us...all of them were wrong, wrong, wrong.... Buyer beware !!!
Super.dispapointed with lona services. I trusted her to have experience to deal with filing my returns. All I've had is a mess and headache since. Do not use this service or you will be on the phone with CRA for hours!
