Lombardy Manor has so much character and charm. The residents are always doing something fun, laughing and just enjoying life! One thing I can say without a doubt is that they truly have the most amazing staff! Highly recommend!
Pills found all over my mothers room that were supposed to be administered under staff supervision, they lost a resident when my family was visiting my loved one. Soup and sandwiches for almost every meal. Building falling apart, mold in hallways and rooms. Mother being sent to different city on mistake for Dr. Apt for another resident. No follow up or follow through what so ever. The only good thing about the place is the staff were nice.
