We just endured the most horrific home buying experience of our lives. After we drove 3000 miles to purchase our home, Lomanto and his assistant failed to respond to a single one of our queries, did not inform us of the exact amount we would need at closing (failing to consider that some of our funds would be difficult to wire from at the last minute), and did not bother to respond when the seller's attorney gave a later date for the closing than we had been given.
