Ordered my lollies on the Wednesday, received my order by Thursday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order came and appreciated the email alerts about my order. The hard part is not eating them before giving them to my partner for Father's Day. Thank you!
Store is great , the male staff was great and stayed open for us. After closing time 23.4.25
Order melted in transit and spoiled the whole bag. Edit following business response, the offer to resolve was a recommendation for me to pay for express shipping next time, hardly resolution or “excellent customer service”. I stand by the one star review and won’t be taking you up on your offer of 20% off next order when I have already ordered something from you that arrived in such bad condition.
