Store is great , the male staff was great and stayed open for us. After closing time 23.4.25
Order melted in transit and spoiled the whole bag. Edit following business response, the offer to resolve was a recommendation for me to pay for express shipping next time, hardly resolution or “excellent customer service”. I stand by the one star review and won’t be taking you up on your offer of 20% off next order when I have already ordered something from you that arrived in such bad condition.
Got charged for what I didn’t even get with dippin dots. Poorly managed mess of a place
I've ordered from Lolly Kingdom on a few occasions & they never fail to amaze me. Great variety, fast delivery & incredible customer service. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough. Have shared my experience with multiple people & will continue to do so. If you're thinking of ordering from them, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Keep up the great work guys
