Great folks here. Welcoming, friendly Where else can you get a great workout for one dollar!! The instructor is amazing, she cares for each and every senior.
Great exercise program and great staff
People are friendly, even to us newcomers! They have many different activities, so it is easy to find something you would enjoy doing. I go twice a week (for now).
Love going there to our Zumba and Mind and Muscle Class very nice people and very nice staff
