We recently visited this playground with our young daughter and my elderly father-in-law. While the facility itself seemed adequate, our experience was completely ruined by the unacceptable and aggressive behavior of the management. During our visit, my father-in-law was approached by a staff member and then the manager, who proceeded to falsely and publicly accuse him of taking pictures of children. Gave 4 stars about a year ago because it was a bit dirty. I have to change it to 1 star because it was very dirty and some machines were not working today. Asked the staff to clean the area but no action for 30 mins and seems she didn't care. After 30 mins my mum took the rubbish out and I told another staffs. She said they have short staffs. Kids were playing around without socks, eatting in the playground and walked up on slides. To management, please organize more staffs
Very clean and safe with a large range of activities including bounce castle, kids bounty's revenge ride, large jungle gym with ball games and big slides, and a cafe.
