The young team members were playing at the counter, one member even called the other a name for using the wrong ingredient base- two members looked at me standing at the counter however they did not greet me or acknowledge that I was obviously waiting to order, a third team member came out from the back and didn’t ask me if I needed help until the second time she came around and saw me- but then seemed slightly annoyed by questions about the drink i was struggling to order (menu isn’t exactly descriptive). Disgusting ventilation system dust and debris is unacknowledged (obviously) for months becuase its looking pretty caked onto the logo/walls. Clean your stuff Brea mall/Lollicup or enjoy the pending lawsuit your customer base will be throwing at you after they realize they've been getting sick from visiting.
Service is always good here and so I always tip. However, why should anyone feel entitled to tip themselves?!? The only person on shift while I was there was this girl with short bangs and yellow/orange hair. Didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t flip the screen for me to decide IF I wanted to tip. It’s never $7 dollars even for a large Thai tea.
Pretty good! 👌🏻 We're always super wary of food court shops, but this place is way better than we expected. They offer a decent menu and the drinks are pretty well made.
