I had Lola notarize several documents for a house closing out of state. I had never sold a home, Lola took time out of her day to ensure I was aware of the different filings to ensure I filled my paperwork out properly. I am greatful for her assistance and will definitely be using her for any future notorizing I may need. Thank you again Lola!
She has no hospitality, phone etiquette, or customer service skills. Had attitude since we contacted her via phone! Answered rudely & immediately hung up! She opened her garage door with no pride in her appearance, in chilling at home attire. Sat down in shade & just sat until we approached her. Definitely not welcoming. Got the job quick but was a bit rude in my opinion. Definitely not coming back
I give Lola a 5 Star review she was very nice, and helped me through the whole process of buying a vehicle for the first time. I had problems with the seller showing up extremely late and she was so patient and understanding with me. I 100% recommend her notary service she is quick, helpful, and friendly.
On the spot, I thought it may have been a hassle based on a previous experience with someone else. Nope! She’s very patient and understanding. Highly recommend and will probably contact again if I need further notary services.
