I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of this mat and the customer service behind it. I used this mat no more than three times and the quality already failed. Beyond that, it becomes dangerously slippery, especially in hot yoga. In a heated class where stability matters, this isn’t just inconvenient, it’s unsafe. Pire service à la clientèle. Refuse de respecter la garantie légale, malgré plusieurs courriels indiquant clairement la loi. On me dit que la loi demande une facture, ce qui est complètement faux. Ils ne prennent pas leur responsabilité comme fabriquant. Et c'est drôle, j'ai vu un autre commentaire avec les mêmes photos que moi ou presque, avec ce même manteau. Manteau qui s'est détérioré après un seul lavage, même en ayant suivi les instructions de lavage. L'Office de la protection du consommateur a été avisé.
