I spent sbout an hour in there and finaly decided on a coat , when I went to the cashier they told me they don't accept cash. So I decide to pay with my debit card . The payment was not approved and couldn't buy the coat . Why are we not allowed to pay in cash THAT IS ILLEGAL ! By the way I entered another place on Saint Denis and my card works just fine .... Fix your system if you don't accept cash ! The staff is nice!

I went to buy some leggings and the service is the worst I've experienced in a very long time. The girl that was attending was so ruth. She acted as if she was doing me a favor, she had it all mixed up, nobody told her that stores live because of customers. Real shame!!! I used to buy in Lole a lot, never again. I am sure I'm not the only one that is never going back to that store, never buying the brand again.
