The Lojistic software is quite impressive with the speed they analyze your shipping invoices. After signing up I was promptly connected to a Strategy Manager who was able to explain the processes, as well as the hurdles in recovering money from the major shipping companies. After one month we connected again, and everything Michael had warned me about upon signup was true.
