Wow, I've never experienced poor service ever. While people are waiting with appointments in the lobby, staff are celebrating a birthday party in the back, laughing, eating in front of customers and just walking around and making jokes. This is completely unacceptable, companies like this should not exist. And the worst thing is that I don't think that they will ever improve. Avoid this business at all costs.
