This law firm is the most unethical law firm in the tristate area. In their latest appealed file on behalf of the client BB&B, they lost. Under NYS WC law they are mandated to release my funds so I can receive medical treatment. On 1/25/2023 there where order the the Appeal Board to release my funds to me in 10 days, as of today they have not done so and they are not answering official correspondence from my attorneys for an explanation.
