I have been with State Farm for years and I was rear ended on a bridge and this State Farm agent charged me with the accident. They never looked at my vehicle, never talked to me about the accident. When I called the claims office they told me that the other person said it was my fault so I was charged with it. I disputed it and they still did nothing. This agent won't even talk to me about it.
