I had a terrible experience. I never received any clear communication on the probate process. I was just told to read and would receive an email here and there with attachments to read from the paralegal. My concerns were not addressed. I only heard from thel attorney after I complained and that was also an email. She indicated I could have set up a meeting. As a client why would I need to set up a meeting.
