For personal loan unlike another credit union or online companies for personal loan, they first run hard inquiries instead of soft. I got offers that get soft inquiries first, then if they can make that loan then run credit on hard inquiries.
I gave this rating for many reasons, but one major reason is the app never works. 90% of the time you cannot login because they’re doing an update or because it will not register your face so if you need to find out where you are financially or need to check your account for whatever reason 90% of the time you will not be able to log onto your app on your phone.
