Terrible customer service and zero regard for customer privacy. I went into this branch to handle an auto refinance and had a deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. The representative Alfonso Barajas dealing with my application actually told me was "better" to say my Social Security number out loud instead of typing in.
