These people are criminals! I put a dispute in with the NCUA and the response came without resolution. In fact the letter was non personal with no direct contact information. Shame on Daniel Tschopp! If you are wondering what this is about, it's about the APY Match Savings account and the fact they could not match the best rate I was able to pull up. I don’t know where to start. Logix is absolutely the worst credit union. Their Automated system audio can’t hear at all. On the app, you don’t even have a number to make a credit card payment. You have to get a hold of somebody in order for them to give you the number. Extremely inconvenient. Hours of operation is not always followed. I’m extremely disappointed with Logix and I cannot wait to be done with them
