I'm being generous with the 4 stars as overall they are a great credit union, but I am getting really tired of the long hold times to get in touch with member services. Borderline about to move my entire relationship to Chase because of it.
I have had the worst experience getting an auto loan with Virtual Financial Service Officer Branden Soto with the Virtual Castaic Branch. I purchased a car on 7/3/26. He didnt call me back til end of day on 7/3, around 5pm, and said it was too late to send payment to the dealership same day. It is now 7/6 and he still has not sent the check. He keeps saying he will send me the Docusign, but he hasn't done it. He knows that this is the last day to send the payment, and he is ignoring me. WORST SERVICE EVER. BEYOND UNPROFESSIO... read more
We had the absolute worst experience with Tina Garcia applying for a home loan. We started the process in March (yes, 3 months ago). The communication is non-existent. She says she'll get back to us on Friday and we hear nothing. This went on for 3 months. It has been the most unprofessional business experience of my life. Scammed out of 11,805 dollars and rude reps seems like they are not for the customers. When I call I feel like they are saying - asking certain things sounding programmed - been with them since 2018 Never sent 1 wire and the one time I get schemed into a scam they are NOT for there customers. I will be moving to Chase just because of this one experience you cannot trust a financial institution with your funds.
