Scammed out of 11,805 dollars and rude reps seems like they are not for the customers. When I call I feel like they are saying - asking certain things sounding programmed - been with them since 2018 Never sent 1 wire and the one time I get schemed into a scam they are NOT for there customers. This rating is for only one thing about Logix. Overall everything other than this is 5 stars but I cant give 5 stars. I live paycheck to paycheck. I deposit my paychecks through the logix mobile banking which I love i have been with them now for over 5 years same payroll check deposited every 2 weeks however the system sometimes put a hold on anything over 1500.00. I am OK with that because it is a 1 or 2 day hold. When I am not ok with it, is when it is on a Friday or a holiday for obvious reasons these hold days are busine... read more

Sofia M. at Logix is very unprofessional. Do not deal with her! She is very unreliable and does not care about her clients. She would lag to get back to me about my loan. For days I’d be calling her texting her only to be ignored. When we agreed on the process and then at the last minute she tried to put the blame on me for it being delayed, that really upset me.
