I don’t know where to start. Logix is absolutely the worst credit union. Their Automated system audio can’t hear at all. On the app, you don’t even have a number to make a credit card payment. You have to get a hold of somebody in order for them to give you the number. Extremely inconvenient. Hours of operation is not always followed. I’m extremely disappointed with Logix and I cannot wait to be done with them
This review is specifically related to the residential mortgage products and services. About 1.5 weeks ago, I asked via Logix chat about getting the PMI dropped from my mortgage. A few hours later, I received a generic voicemail from mortgage services, but nothing helpful or of value. Yesterday, I received a letter in the mail stating, "We received your recent request for the deletion of the escrow account on your mortgage loan. Logix [...] does not allow the deletion of escrow. Therefore, your request is denied." Somewhere ... read more

well I came here to open an account and I actually got two with better incentives that I originally was expecting to have so I was.and am very satisfied with logic and recommend them to anyone and everyone for banking services...so I am giving logix bank a solid five star rating....
