I gotta be honest with you. I remember I posted like, maybe more than a year ago and I was so upset with Customer Service and now I have to give them five star with New Management. She’s a sweetheart, very professional, and she personally take care of the mist of the customers and the customer service it’s excellent and their rates for the car loan I think is the best I couldn’t find anywhere else better than that. I highly recommend the Branch in both Calabasas.
I have a perfect experience with the Logix bank of Calabasas especially with Mrs. Sherry that she helped me to get the personal loan with the best way. I appreciate to her a lot.
Went to refinance my car today and Sherry Esmaeili was extremely patient and helpful. She helped me so much to find the best product and rate and she also helped me with my previous loan and she didn’t have to do that. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She spent time to explain everything and I appreciate her so much. Logix is lucky to have her. Thank you Sherry.
