Believe the positive reviews at your peril people. These guys have one job to do - deliver things when they say will, not 5 days later! Especially when booked as an express delivery and asked for it to be prioritised. I am putting this out there in the hope that they lose as much business as they deserve to.
They called me on Tuesday morning about delivery and told me another driver had accidentally taken it to Geraldton (instead of Busselton, complete opposite direction) They assured me it would be delivered on Wednesday (the next day) it didnt arrive, I called Thursday and Friday to ask where it was, spoke to staff with very poor English skills who both told me my pallet of stock is now missing somewhere. I still dont know where it is, I have received no apology or offer of compensation
