I had and assessment on November 22,2023, and it's January 15,2024 and Optimum Service can't seem to reach physician that did the assessment or to get him to complete paperwork but they care about veterans, actions speak louder than words or the lack there of
If you are filing a claim with the VA request to be seen elsewhere! The Doctor Stephanie Kotzur provided false information to the VA claiming she spoke with me over the phone which never happened. I showed up to my appointment and was told I did not have to be seen. claim was denied . I am filing a complaint with the MN Medical board as well. they falsify your records here so beware.
