Called me to set up an appointment for a benefits examination. I told them I needed to sit down with my employer and figure out what days I needed off. They scheduled me anyways for appointments hours away from my home of record. I then had to call them back and ask for that they undo the appointments. They cancelled them instead, and now I need to seek re authorization from the VA, delaying my benefits claim.
It took this company almost an entire year to mail a travel check even after calling several months apart to have it sent. Terrible customer service and our veterans deserve better. Would leave no stars if able.
Horrible VA contractor. Their phones and websites do not perform the functions intended by the VA to support veterans. Changing the name to Optum Serve did not make the service any better. In fact, they provide a disservice.
I had an appt today in Hartshorne Ok, the nurse I saw was amazing and super nice..
