do not use this carrier, they will not honor a freight claim, will not pay it and will ignore your calls and e mail hoping you will go away. When they do answer, they claim they have no moeny to pay deductable portion of claim. Be careful of this company moving your freight, they damaged ours to $7000, and all we got was $2500 from their insurance company and were told carrier must pay the rest...which they did not, so, we are out the $5000 to settle claim.
