Es el peor servicio de transporte es imposible comunicarte es como una burla al paciente y después de tres días intentando reservar cuando creí haberlo hecho me envía un mensaje con un error en la hora.

Horrible experiences especially with Modivcare if you have children in car seats they will cancel your rides they always send a Uber and the drivers always cancel my baby has missed multiple appointments due to this or they cancel without a explanation then when you call they say you did have a ride for today

This is by far the worst transportation company I’ve ever dealt with. They shouldn’t even be called a transportation service. They leave elderly people stranded without any explanation, cancel trips without notice, and are never available when needed. Their service is absolutely horrible. They escalate issues only to do nothing about them, and then they simply cancel the ride, leaving elderly patients stuck—many times without breakfast—after a medical appointment with no way to get back home. Esta es, de lejos, la peor empresa de transporte con la que he tratado. Ni siquiera deberían llamarse servicio de transporte. Dejan a las personas mayores abandonadas sin ninguna explicación, cancelan viajes sin previo aviso y nunca están disponibles cuando se les necesita. Su servicio es absolutamente horrible. Agravan los problemas solo para no hacer nada al respecto y luego simplemente cancelan el viaje, dejando a los pacientes mayores abandonados, muchas veces sin desayunar, después de una cita médica sin forma de volver... read more
