The entire system is a joke. Hotels stays you find out the day of your trip. No time for planning and don’t expect them to give you a definite answer either . They have denied so many of my over night stays and it’s seriously not here to help the disabled instead it’s a circus. They don’t do their job and complain constantly while doing so. They hang up on calls and you wait 35 mins to speak to anyone … I’ve called better business bureau
And the one star is because I can't go any. L lower. I never know if I'm going to get to an appointment or not. I ALWAYS tell them my appointment is earlier than what it is so I MIGHT get there on time. That's really no way to conduct business!!!
