3 times in a row they have me very late for my appointments, caused me to get a strike in both therapy and WVU for being no show cuz of my ride not showing up, or being late, but its the only rides i have since the buses has not been able to take me anywhere anymore due to schedule changes
The entire system is a joke. Hotels stays you find out the day of your trip. No time for planning and don’t expect them to give you a definite answer either . They have denied so many of my over night stays and it’s seriously not here to help the disabled instead it’s a circus. They don’t do their job and complain constantly while doing so. They hang up on calls and you wait 35 mins to speak to anyone … I’ve called better business bureau
