Completed a sports massage with Logistic Wellness. The service was professional and it helped prepare me for the Spartan Race I took part in a few days later. I felt great after the session, and I felt better than I have ever felt following the race. I am a believer in prioritizing body work, and Logistic Wellness is my go to. Trina is great at what she does! I'm a masters sprinter so it's imperative I stay stretched and my muscle recovery stays on point. I had an amazing massage yesterday with Trina! She was on time, very knowledgeable, and explained everything so I knew exactly what to expect. I booked the sports massage and honestly it was the best massage I’ve ever had. With all the workouts and training I do, this is definitely something I’m going to keep as part of my regular self-care routine. Highly recommend!
