Logic Health Rockingham has a pretty poor double standard. They are happy to keep you waiting when they run late, but if you are only a little late yourself, they charge a rebooking fee without hesitation. Apparently their time matters, but yours does not. For a clinic with a clear appointment schedule, the lack of flexibility and basic fairness is disappointing.
