Highly dissatisfied with this company. I sold a high end home (1 million up) using realty by premier Sotheby’s. They selected this business as my closing company. My transaction was a very easy one, since it was a cash offer and you will not think they will mess up but they sure did. When Melissa Briggs my representative at Logan’s , asked to submit anything to she received it the same day. On they of closing she informs me that she has 3 closings that day and after I called her multiple times to follow up not even one call ... read more
