The drivers tailgat and drive reckless. Don't let your loved ones ride with this company
Insurance set up this ride for us, and it was the worst experience ever. We needed to be at the hospital for a procedure by 8am, and based on the pickup time we should have been, but apparently we were just a "side stop" for them. This company apparently usually picked up adult day center people, and stopped at about 5 stops before getting us to the hospital. Due to that we were late, and the hospital was calling as we were driving asking if we were even going to show for the appointment. We weren't informed of any of this, ... read more

Company is trash and unprofessional. Drivers are great though.
I recommend this company to anyone who needs transportation. The drivers are polite, respectful, and friendly. I use them frequently, and I'm very happy with their service.
